Blog description

Welcome to the British Reformed Journal Editor's Blog

Editor

In this new editor’s blog, I hope to keep you more up-to-date with news about the BRJ and other BRF publications or activities (e.g. our family conferences). The idea is simply so that we can better engage with interested parties and promote the journal and the Reformed faith on the internet and social media.

I intend to provide updates on BRJ progress (content determined, final proofreading, sent to printers, posted, etc.), with perhaps occasional teasers about upcoming articles, or commentary on past issues. Besides this, I also would like just to share thoughts from a Reformed perspective that may be of interest generally, but not necessarily suitable for full-length printed article or editorial.

I hope that this may invite some respectful and brotherly feedback and discussion from our followers on social media and perhaps provoke some to consider also subscribing to the journal. From time to time, I hope also to invite others to write guest blog posts on particular subjects.

Many may not be aware of how much material is available on this website either in terms of the past issues of BRJs which have been laboriously scanned by various individuals. The PDFs of our past issues are also searchable. This blog should serve to enlighten people on what is available.

Finally, may God graciously bless our weak efforts, and the efforts of others, to promote the Reformed faith, by this means (and many others besides), to the benefit and edification of His church.
